Dear Parents / Guardians

You will all be aware of the recent announcement concerning the return to physical school.

RETURN TO PHYSICAL SCHOOL

Our return to school will be as follows:

Exam Classes: Grade 7 Pupils
Boarders: Return to hostel on Wednesday 1 September 2021.

All pupils: Physical lessons commence on Thursday 2 September 2021.

Grade 000 – Grade 6 Pupils

Boarders: Return to hostel on Sunday 5 September 2021.

All pupils: Physical lessons commence on Monday 6 September 2021.

More details will be forwarded to you in due course.

INVOICES

Please note that invoices for period September – December 2021 are in process and will be forwarded to you. Children will require clearance in order to be admitted.

ONLINE LESSONS

Online lessons will end, end of day Friday 27 August 2021. There will be time during the next week for children to complete any outstanding work which has been posted, and to be well prepared for the return to physical school.

UNIFORM

Please ensure your children have the correct uniform and that all items are clearly labelled. Hats are a compulsory part of our uniform. Please do not send your child to school without a school hat.

Each child should have x3 royal blue or black masks which are clearly labelled.

Labelling of Uniform items

The child’s full name should be clearly embroidered in sky blue thread in the correct position on each uniform item. Please call the reception and request details if you are in any doubt as to the position of the names.

STATIONERY

Please ensure that your child has all the required stationery items:

Grade 1 – 3: Minimum of 3 sharpened HB pencils every day; sharpener; eraser; ruler; small scissors; small glue; crayons; A4 plastic folder book bag.

Grade 4 – 7: Minimum of 2 x HB pencils; sharpener; 3 pens; eraser; ruler; small scissors; small glue; crayons, plastic folder book bag.

Grade 6 – 7: Calculator; Mathematical set.
