STEWARDSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITYPlease assist and train your children to look after their belongings, and to be responsible with those of others. Please check to see that all they bring home actually belongs to them. If you discover your child with someone else’s articles of clothing or item, please return it as soon as possible to the class teacher, the parent or the school. Continuing to use someone else’s belongings constitutes theft!
HOMEWORKPlease ensure that homework is always completed and diaries are signed by yourself or a responsible adult. Reading is an essential life skill, and only improves with practice; please listen to your child read daily. Children who receive support from home progress far better than those left to themselves.
SCHOOL TIMESAll children should be at school by 07:10. Morning lessons finish at 12:50. Sports are usually completed by 15:30 (unless some specific arrangement has been made) and clubs usually end by 16:30. All children should be collected by 17:30 at the latest.
Please show consideration for your child and others, both children and adults, by being punctual. This is a life skill and needs to be taught to our children.
OPEN DOOR POLICYA reminder that we have an “open door” policy here at the school. Please feel free to communicate with Mrs Flanagan via the office if you have queries. We are here for you!
